Today in my Spring Into Fitness challenge group, we are talking about transformation. Some challengers have just started their journeys with this current challenge (9 days ago) and some have been working on it for several months, but everyone has felt some change. This is what I love about what I do.
The pic on the left was me almost 2 years ago. I felt unhealthy, I was drinking a lot more alcohol then (notice the prosecco in my hand in the pic, haha), I wasn’t conscious of what I was putting in my mouth and just felt overall unhealthy and uncomfortable in my own body. I could feel my belly and butt jiggle when I walked, and I was heavier than I had ever been in my life. Wearing a bikini in public at that time just did NOT happen…
The pic on the right was this morning. Since beginning my health and fitness journey 9 months ago, I’ve improved leaps and bounds over the way I used to feel. Not only am I stronger, fitter and eating healthier, I also feel more confident and more beautiful from the inside out. Bring on summer and my bikini!!
What surprised me most about this process was how quickly I started to see and feel results. It’s amazing how a couple of small changes to daily routine can have such a dramatic impact in such a short time, one day at a time.
